GRDC BALTEX Project Stations - Summary Statistics by Country

BALTEX Project Stations are part of the Global Runoff Database and discharge data are regularly updated in the course of updates to the global database.

Hydrological data relevant to BALTEX (the Baltic Sea Experiment) were collected at the BALTEX Hydrological Data Center (BHDC) operating at the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) since it's inception in 1995. Unitl 2015 BHDC collected data of daily and monthly discharges of around 600 stations in the Baltic Sea region. In 2015, the BALTEX Hydrological Dataset moved from SMHI to the GRDC.
